One day i was with my PS and we were driving from Town to Mwenge and on the way we were talking different issues including the progress of LACS....One thing that i remember we discussed much was how people measure achievement!
It is true that attainment of set goals and or objectives within the per-defined time is termed as success but that is not much as what someone gain during the process.
That wisdom has real helped me to be where i am and where my PS is and we are kicking forward!!!
I ARGUE MY FRIENDS, WHEN YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING, MAKE SURE YOU ARE KEEN AS THE PROCESS ITSELF IS THE VERY BEST TEACHER, AND AT THE END OF IT; EVEN IF YOU DON'T GET THE RESULTS YOU HAVE EXPECTED, I AM SURE NEXT TIME YOU TRY TO REPEAT THE SAME THING YOU WILL DO BEST THAN EVER!!!
