VOLUNTEERING IS NOT "A EASY/LOWLY PAYING EMPLOYMENT' BUT MORE THAN A PLATFORM TO REACH YOUR HIGHER DREAMS!!!!
I do hope that this idea will meet you rightly!!
i have meet very many people with wrong perception over this issue of volunteerism, many are treating it as low wage temporal job...that is why they either don't get those chances or when they got them, they under underperform!!
VOLUNTEERING is a willing will and act of the heart, just to pay-off a certain duration of your time to save others' objectives while gaining from it indirectly!!
This task and all sacrifices that are associated with is supposed to be under the burden of A VOLUNTEER!!
Volunteering gives candidate a room to access the following benefits, which s/he couldn't dared before;
ONE....A volunteer get an opportunity to learn how written theories and materials that s/he has been studying at school work in real life!!(In other words...A practical based field work)
TWO...A volunteer get the chance to build self confidence either before men or before himself or herself in achieving his/her dreams
THREE....A volunteer get chance to access the network, for there is great difference between Home staying job seeker and Volunteering job seekers
FOUR.....A volunteer learn to live humbly and investiture, this gives chance to save with the whole heart and concentrate on job and not payments!!
FIVE.....Volunteering is the only major platform of giving back, at least a direct way to pay back gratitude to society!!
ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT A COMPANY CAN'T JUST HIRE SOMEONE THEY DON'T KNOW REGARDLESS OF HIS/HER QUALIFICATION COMPARED TO SOMEONE WHO HAS BEEN TRUSTFUL VOLUNTEERING AT THAT PARTICULAR COMPANY!!
Nowadays things have changed, very many students are in collages and universities and so so so many others are coming, but the question is where will all those people be placed?? So the only way to survive and to penetrate to the bright future, i argue to pawn yourself in volunteering somewhere for sometime before you stand alone for your destiny....weather you want to be employed or you want to employ yourself ,still you need to volunteer and learn how things are operating!!!
........if you are just starting a collage now then start saving now so that during those days of volunteering, you will be free from unnecessary stresses and if you have already started your field work, then be very keen and very trustful for may be that is the place where you might get the chance to volunteer and may be to be employed totally!!
A CHALLANGE
Many people can;t volunteer because they placed money forward and they don't know that any good thing need investment and other lack patriotism spirit, so they feel pity to save their fellows and or they tend to ignore these minor and casual jobs....and many companies refuses to take many students for field works or volunteering because many of them are lazy, untrustworthy and they are vision-less!!
WHAT I BELIEVE IS THAT....HARD WORKING, TRUST, VISION AND INTEGRITY COUNT A LOT TO SOMEONE'S DIGNITY AND VOLUNTEERING IMPLY HUMILITY OF A PERSON, I HAVE BEEN VOLUNTEERING FOR YEARS IN DIFFERENT PROJECTS, ORGANIZATION AND EVENTS AND NOW YOU CAN SEE ME HERE I AM...STILL STANDING!!!
....JUST TRY TO VOLUNTEER SOMEWHERE!!! IF YOU FEAR THE COSTS/EXPENSES THEN FIND A PLACE NEAR BY YOUR HOME PLACE!!
VOLUNTEERING MIGHT SEEM TO BE A VERY CRAZY IDEA THIS TIME, ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU GAIN ZERO, BUT I WANT TO ASSURE YOU THAT ONCE YOU GET TO LEARN THE JOB THEN YOU CAN EASILY DO YOURS FOR YOUR OWN SAKE!!!
